I have worked with the chef before and I am continually impressed with her level of detail and beauty in her cakes and pastry decore and design she is a master of her craft and I guarantee nothing but upmost satisfaction with her services. She is creative, detailed and accurate and is very capable of so many styles of cakes and pastries, it's impressive the knowledge that she has and it will make any projects you give her just that much better.
