- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are two main divisions in Real Estate: Residential 🏘️and Commercial🏥🏨. In the case of residential, we have Rental🏠 and Buying🏠 If the service is for Rental⛺, there is a 💰200 Non-refundable office charge + 💰45 charge for the Background check🔫💣, evictions📋, and Credit report📊. If the service is for buying I charge 💰1500 for service + 3% commission at the closing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Marketing 📧📪💻 2. The client will contact me 📱📞📧 3. I will do a pre-interview 📋 to know each other better. 4. Follow Up for a 2nd interview📋 and lender pre-qualification 💵💷. 5. Once the client is approved, we go to see the properties 🏠🏥🏨 6. After the property has been chosen, we write the contract📑. 7. After the contract got approved, we go for closing🎉🍾🥂.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am coming from the 👩⚕️👨⚕️medical field🏥, where the patient's safety🤒🤕 is the priority number one1️⃣ While transferring to Real Estate, I was able to carry over those skills; therefore, I see my 👨👩👦 clients 👨👩👦 like priority number one.1️⃣ In addition, I had to develop highly Active listening skills which I have found to be critical when dealing with clients.
