- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm here too not only support your event but to help your event as much as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone's looking for the best rates possible to make their events a success. I'm very reasonable, but you have to understand that labor and equipment are totally two different entities. So when I offer a quote, I am proving the best rate possible because I want you as a customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from an Audio Engineering trade school, The Institute Of Audio Research alumi 2005. I couldn't imagine doing anything else which lead to my successes
