- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system as each job is unique but we try and remain competitive. With unlicensed handymen out there, we are not the cheapest but we offer great value and back our work fully.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The RoofSmith asks homeowners a lot of relevant questions to learn about their goals for their roof and home. We also spend time educating them about the roofing processes/methods, as well potential options to save them money. The RoofSmith provides homeowners with thorough proposals, which cover all aspects of the job, be it a repair or reroof.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a lifelong student of the roofing industry and construction industry alike, not only seeking out ongoing continuing education classes and certifications, but also am constantly reading about new processes and techniques that'll further enhance the quality of our work. I also like to follow new trends and product offerings from a variety of manufacturers.
