FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
BUSINESS MEDIATION: in the area of partner disputes, construction, real estate, vendor, workplace conflicts, contracts, tax and accounting disputes, HOA, and other business issues. Also provide mediation on partner or business owner succession planning. FAMILY DISPUTES: in the areas of separation, parenting plans, estate issues, family member disputes, family business disputes, grandparents and parent disputes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first goal is to listen to our clients. To find solutions. To resolve any conflict. I suggest that mediation be considered prior to going to court. In private mediation we can do so much more then if it goes to court. You get to decide how you will get to a fair agreement. The benefits of a successful early mediation are obvious: Disputes can be resolved in a private, expeditious and economical fashion. Flexibility is another valued benefit mediation gives you - in selection a neutral, scheduling the time, day and location of the mediation, and tailoring the mediation to address the specific issues involved in the dispute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is in business management with an emphasis in finance and accounting. I am a Nationally Certified Professional Mediator with a focus on business mediation. I also do family mediation, parenting plans, and resolving conflict. I have heard mediation cases from all over the United States.
