Absolutely! I am considered a professional student. Always enrolled in Continuing Education Credits (CME), seminars, local professional organizations, and working towards my doctorate in psychology.

At age 15 I knew I was destined to help others. My career path started as a lifeguard, swim instructor (WSI) and artist. I craved further education and joined the local fire dept. & Ambulance corp, completing my EMT & medic within a year. Thirty years later I still hold my EMT certification, CPR instructor certification, Elementary,. Art & Special Education license, hypnotist, NLP certification, and am a doctoral candidate in Psychology. As an individual who is differently abled I understand the challenges & barriers that society imposes and therefore can offer assistance from the perspective of overcoming challenges. Having been there myself I have learned to adapt, cope, gain patience, and become a great problem solver. I hope to pass along many of the skills I have learned throughout my journey in the hopes of helping others to achieve their goals.
