- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge for my trip planning services unless it is a custom itinerary with multiple destinations. When you respond to me on Thumbtack, I am charged for your response. I am now financially invested in this exchange between you and I, therefore I ask that you are serious in receiving my services. I'm a travel professional, I have excellent customer service, which is something you will NOT get with a discounted travel website. I will utilize my supplier contacts to get you the best value for your money, in addition, there are times that my relationship with these suppliers will allow me to offer you, my client, additional perks that you cannot find by booking on your own or through a generic website. Why not utilize my professional services and take the hassle out of searching for hours to find the best deals? Allow me to offer you stress-free planning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to know what are your hobbies/interests so I can tailor the trip to your liking. The most important information that I will need is your budget. Once all the information is exchanged and we have agreed on the quote that was sent the next step is to place a deposit on the trip so the pricing is locked in. If you need to consult with other people in your party please do so ASAP prices will vary if too much time has passed.

I am a CLIA (Cruise Line International Association) member, MSC Cruise Specialist, Marriott Specialist, Hawaii Specialist & a Certified Dream-maker with Inteletravel.
