Never hire them. One inexperienced guy came for estimate and quote exorbitant amount to fix the faucet issue with various options from $250 to 500. we had to pay $49 to for his diagnostics services services. Paid that money and sent him off. I got it done from other plumber for $50 and I was told that valve is loosen. Thanks so much Venkata for taking the time to leave feedback. I am sorry you were unhappy with the service provided. Your faucet was not working properly and we needed to trouble shoot more to figure out what was wrong with the faucet. Because of liability we give pricing to start the process of taking the faucet apart before we start. That helps so there are no surprises or hidden cost and two it helps with the liability. The moment we touch the faucet , by taking it apart, we will be liable for the faucet. It is a really tough spot for us to be in with old fixtures because usually taking them part ends up creating a new problem. Fortunately we give pricing upfront so there no surprises and we are licensed bonded and insured. We also warranty any repair for 1 year or for 3 years under our membership program. So we stand behind our work. You mentioned another plumber came into your home and fixed it for 50$. I wish I could be that competitive . I can not even run a truck for one hour for that price . My guys are well trained, fully stocked, insured, ect.. If you can provide me an invoice from this licensed, insured, bonded plumber that also is giving you a 1 year warranty on the repair, I will refund you the 50$ and pay 50$ for the repair he did. I hope this fair and will make you happy. We think we provide an exceptional customer service and ultimately we have a 100 % satisfaction more your money back. That is how confident we are in our service we provide. I look forward to hearing from you.
Friendly, professional and honest, Matt the technician was (almost) great providing an estimate. I did have to remind him that a water heater expansion tank was required -- according to code - so he added that at the end - but the estimate he shared was very quickly delivered (Admiral Plumbing took 2 days and Phixser sent a quote sight unseen). Of the 6 estimates I have received of techs who have showed up, theirs was neither the least expensive - nor the most -- so based on what info I do have. Thanks for the feedback. You called late that night saying you did not have hot water on 1 of your 3 tankless heaters . We answered and said we would have someone there asap next business day. You called in a and said you discovered one of the valves was left off. We are very sorry about that. We were thankful that was all it was. After we followed up the service with a phone call asking for feedback. You brought up the price . We presented pricing before any work was done and you agreed to it. Then one of our owners called you and asked how we could still make you happy. We then sent a letter with a 50$ check to you saying thanks for your business and that we were sorry you weren't 100% satisfied. Even though a price was agreed upon and signed . We care about customer service greatly . We a very small mistake with leaving one of the valves off. We again sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have an upfront pricing system. No by the hour or hidden surprises. Once we quote you the price, before work is done, that is all you pay. You can have piece of mind knowing the job will be done properly and for not a penny more than agreed upon.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to get as much information about the job as possible. We schedule an appointment for a technician to come out to the home or business to assess the work that needs to be done. We then give upfront pricing before any work is done. The price that is given will be all that you. There are no surprises! All of our services comes with a 1 year warranty on all labor and material(provided by Cleary Plumbing).
