Yoga and Aerial arts

Introduction: I have more than 10 years of experience in Fitness and Yoga. NASM certified personal trainer, 500 hr YA certified yoga teacher, aerial arts teacher and enthusiast. I hold MA of Kinesiology, and in my teaching practice I like to focus in alignment, helping my student understand their body better. I believe that movement needs to be accessible to everyone no matter their fitness level. We can do the class either in your location or outdoors. For aerial Yoga and Lyra I can set up my aerial rig outdoor. All equipment is disinfected after each session. I regularly get tested for Covid 19 to keep me and my customers safe and healthy.
