Introduction: We offer restaurant and catering services. No event is too small. We bring to the table a Southern Caribbean flair. Whether it is BBQ ribs with red beans and rice, braised boneless chicken in an herb pineapple sauce, jerk turkey or in-house smoked salmon, each dish is done with love. If it is a small get-together or a staff party for two hundred, three hundred or more, we can handle it. If you have a sweet tooth, we offer a red velvet cake, pound cake with strawberries and whipped cream topping, peach cobbler or a whole range of other deserts; the list goes on and on. They are all homemade.
