Rabih is the most energetic, passionate trainer I have ever trained with. He goes above & beyond to help you achieve your goals; from sitting down one to one, grocery shopping and targeting each workout to help me reach my personal fitness goals. I like the variety of workouts he offers, from bodyweight workouts, boxing, weight training, etc to help keep it fresh so I don't get bored with the workouts.
My MMA mentor and coach, Provides eccentric yet very content specific feedback by using established benchmarked data gathered from cardiovascular and physical conditioning, he pushed us to excel pass those standards regardless of our relative weight, size, and skill level when it come to MMA training. He also uses a very strategic approach in dealing with organizational problems, by planning ,gathering data and related literature (he does seem to enjoy his thesis making) and by testing them out with his stakeholders, deliver the tested modules to a different fitness segment, and develop ways to synthesize and encapsulate the training skill and knowledge building In an incorporative approach where all the members in our MMA class he taught were able to join regardless of variability as well. his mentoring style perhaps is unusual, using indirect feedback and exams what not to do more often, he impressively manages to get the essence and meaning of his message successful none the less
I work with Stikers fitness in one on one jujitsu and kickboxing sessions. In jujitsu he is on the mats teaching the techniques on you and then you practice the same techniques on him. When I was unable to get one of the techniques he offered an alternative method that worked better for me. He also held the mitts and worked me through different combinations in kickboxing which was a high intensity. Both jujitsu and kickboxing sessions ends with conditioning. He was very professional and knowledgeable about both sports as he's competed in both and I look forward to continue training with him.
