FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff members must maintain their top level certifications which require continuing education credits to be done yearly. In addition to this we do a lot of in house training for our staff.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If looking for a gym, ask to use the facility first for a few times. Pay attention to the interaction of the staff and the current members. Observe how they are treated and determine if this is something you want to be apart of. When looking for a personal trainer ask about their credentials and experience. Most trainers will do a free consult first. What type of assessment do they perform? Are there any movement screens performed? To me if no movement screen is performed, thats a red flag. If the trainer can't clearly explain his course of action to get you from where you are now to where you want to be, I would be concerned.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We blend multiple forms of fitness together to provide a 35 minute total body workout that changes each week. Our staff are all Certified Personal Trainers with excellent credentials. Only the top level certifications are accepted. We also provide personal training sessions where we can focus on increasing flexibility, pain relief, and corrective exercise.
