FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After the initial consultation, the client will always know what is expected of them in the way of payment, and when the payments must be made to insure that work is completed timely.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is always an initial consultation to determine if the client is a good fit for what we have to offer, and also to determine the pricing applicable to the services requested or determined to be necessary during the consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our office has 2 Certified Public Accountants on staff, along with an Enrolled Agent. All 3 of these personnel have at least a Bachelor Degree with an accounting emphasis and have passed a grueling exam to earn their certifications. Additionally, everyone in our office, including the support staff, is required to complete continuing education to stay up to date on the latest developments in the tax and accounting fields. We also thoroughly research the tax laws that apply to each client to minimize their overall tax liability.
