Featuring Brazilian vocals & jazz guitar, Rio's vibe is invigorating yet relaxing, playful yet sophisticated, classic yet unique. Rio's vocalist and guitarist are the alter-egos of the band Max Hatt / Edda Glass, who play coast-to-coast from New York's Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts to NPR Mountain Stage and the Sundance Film Festival. They've been featured by New York City Winery's Cellar Sessions, New York's WFUV, Huffington Post, Relix Magazine, Daytrotter, and, this summer, Wilco's Solid Sound Festival.
