Redemptive Rebecca’s training has given me the strength and rotation mobility I’ve strived for. Her encouragement and skills set makes what I used to find difficult and defeating, rewarding and physically enjoyable. She takes the time to carefully plan out her sessions with clients and for someone with a physical disability this is truly fantastic. Like many people, I struggled with going to the gym, not just to get ‘swol’ but become physically fit. Coming from Miami, many trainers focus on the aesthetics and appearance of their clients rather than seeing actual growth in strength training. In May of this year I wanted to finally make a change and took to the internet to find a trainer. I was initially approached by ‘RAP’ (not his name government) who was interested in knowing more about my disability. He then suggested another trainer at the gym he worked with named Rebecca Kennedy. It shows a level of professionalism for someone to recognize that they might not meet your needs and instead pass you on to someone who could help you fulfill those goals. In the short time training with Rebecca I have felt changes in my arm’s mobility and strength to carry everyday items like bags, reaching for stuff, and general well-being. I can say with pride that Rebecca makes me feel proud of being able to do menial tasks without struggle or pain. I highly recommend her training based on her knowledge, her enthusiasm, and caring attitude to clients. Thanks to Rebecca I was finally able to do pull-ups with both arms and even try boxing. Rebecca, you are amazing. 10/10 would train again.
I have a doctorate in pharmacy and my knowledge base is very strong when it comes to science, but I have consistently struggled with building the body that I have always wanted. I feel very fortunate to have met Rodney as my personal trainer. I have gone through a couple personal trainers before and my experience has not been good. I decided to give one more shot and was surprised by Rodney’s knowledge and dedication regarding bodybuilding. Rodney has exceeded my expectation. He is more passionate about getting you the results that you desire than yourself. He is flexible, reliable, amicable, and genuine to his core when it comes to discipline and training. He always arrives 5-10 minutes prior to the allotted training time. He is never on the phone when he is training you. He never walks or wanders away in the gym to talk to anyone. His entire focus is YOU in that hour. He gives his 100% in training you. He has a lot of experience in bodybuilding. Very knowledgeable about learning and growing the muscle along with tailored diet to your body’s need. I highly recommend Rodney as a personal trainer if you are looking for a genuine person who takes interest in your success. It’s hard to find personal trainers who will give their 100% in your success and if you are not succeeding they will push you until you get to the next level.
I started training at Benefitness a month ago and it has already exceeded my expectations. Andrew has helped me recover a lot of strength that I never thought I would have again after breaking my leg. He is very professional, motivating, and tailors my workouts to my individual needs. I have been training with Roy at Lifestyle Change Orlando for the past 3 months and I have been so pleased with the incredible results in regards to my total weight loss to date and overall health. If you are looking for actual results look no further. I have Cerebral Palsy and Personal Training has always been a need in my life. I walked with a crutch and believed I needed it. Not only did Jason Get me stronger and bigger than I have ever been in my life, he Challenged me to break that belief system about my "disability". I now use the crutch when I have a lot of standing. What a dramatic change to my life. I can not speak highly enough about Jasons pursuit for perfection, and willingness to help me change my life forever. Word of caution, be prepared to get you butt kicked, and always remember its only for 45 mins. Best Trainer Ever!!
Sweat Right is ideal for mobile personal training! Georgia is very knowledgeable, flexible, and customizes each workout to fit the needs of her clients. I have medical limitations and Georgia takes extra steps to accommodate yet still get a great workout. Highly recommend Georgia with Sweat Right!
Velay Training is amazing! We are on our second month, they train my father. Who had a stroke 6 months ago. Hrs had such a great improvement and he really enjoys the sessions. My father is wheelchair bound currently. Yvonne takes her time to help my father gain strength on his good side.
Alex Latow has been my personal trainer since January of 2015. He trained me while we were both attending Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa and will remain as my trainer through the 2015 summer in Deltona, Florida. Alex was always looking for feedback and was always very clear with the goals we were setting both short-term and long-term. He would go above and beyond always on time whether it was 6am before school, or 7pm after track practice he was always there and ready to train. He could always explain the purpose of each exercise and was ready and able to give demonstrations when needed. Alex is an incredibly dedicated individual and I was able to achieve my body fat percentage and weight goals very quickly thanks to Alex's knowledge with diet plans, cardiovascular, and strength training.

She has vast education, knowledge and passion to make each of her clients the very best they can be, making it fun and creative along the way. I have been training with Josh for the past year. My daughter originally introduced me to him and indeed she also still trains with him and I have not looked back. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age, (currently forty-nine) if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Josh is always very encouraging but also determined to work you hard to reach your goals. He has a vast knowledge of his profession, and answered any questions I had any time I needed help. Workouts and nutrition were catered to meet my personal needs. Never a boring workout and always mixed things up. Soreness is guranteed! Alan is an awesome trainer! Definitely pushes you to get the most out of every workout. At times you might temporarily feel like hating him when you're tired and doing a set of burpees haha. But you'll quickly realize hard work pays off. I'm motivated by results and sticking with Xtreme I lost over 80lbs and had never felt more physically fit in my life! A very simple, fast and productive workout designed to get you in and out in under 30 minutes. I believe this technique of training is like no other; it pushes you in every situation, which gives you faster results compared to other training methods in the end. Body Ology taught me perseverance; to never give up no matter how much it hurts, no mater how much pain you're in. The one on one interaction with Brion overall gave me a better sense of confidence, motivation, and a drive like no other, which I will continue to use in my everyday life! If you simply give it your all, and work as hard as you can, there's nothing stopping you from reaching your goal! Body Ology definitely opened my eyes into the world of "negative" which continues to give me the results I look for today! I'd say if you are ready to make a difference in your life, Body Ology is the way to go!!
Chris is a very professional personal trainer who loves what he does for a living. He is very attentive and focused on you and your session when training with him. After starting the program, it seemed to me that I was always eating (per my trainers instructions), and I didn't see how it could possibly help my weight by eating more often. However, I was reassured at two weeks when I realized that my waist size had already decreased! I'm excited about sticking with the program 3 times a week. Its very encouraging and fun. I highly recommend working out with Chris, to obtain the results that you desire. We have only one body, so it's important to treat it with the respect it deserves. I recommend Chris, if you are looking for a REAL TRAINER! Down 7bls in 4 weeks and 23 more to Go!!!

Jake is one of the most caring loving and funniest trainer I ever met. He really makes you feel comfortable he makes you feel like you are at home he treats you like you are family and not just me he treats everyone the same. Such an amazing guy! If you are looking for a trainer that can push you but also give you a good laugh and a good time while you're training this is the guy to go to !
Matt has been by far the best trainer/coach I have ever worked with . He is the real deal , no b.s. gimmicks here. You will focus on progressions and proper technique to get you to your desired goals. His knowledge base is second none and encompasses a broad spectrum of modalities ( sport/athletic training, kettlebell, bodybuilding , gymnastics ect ) . I promise you won't be disappointed

Tony, has been my trainer for about a year now and my only regret is that I didn't hire him sooner. He knows just how to motivate me and push me even when I want to give up, and always does this in an extremely professional manner. He writes me an easy to follow programs and diet plan that also contributed to my success. I have lost 61 pounds since starting with him and I owe most of my success to my amazing trainer, Tony.
