These people are first rate!!! Honestly, I don't think we could have made it through the wedding without them. From months before the wedding, Bill was in touch frequently to make sure all was on track. He often brought up small details I never would have thought of, that made preparations for the wedding easier. Karen and Bill were more than generous with their time and talents. They met us at our outdoor wedding venue for a planning session that was invaluable. They were there for the rehearsal, and organized it beautifully. They were working hard the day of the wedding to meet all our vendors, and finish the decorations. Your special day will go well, with them on your side. By the way, this is the truth. After a year of planning and the wedding quickly approaching, boy did we start feeling the pressure! We wanted to hire a wedding coordinator just for the "day of" but weren't quite sure our budget would allow it. We carefully thought it through and decided we really needed someone and began our search. We found Susan with What Really Matters, Inc. and it was a wonderful experience! She was so much more than a "day of coordinator!" She helped us so much with her creative ideas and caring attitude and started as soon as we contacted her! Not just on our wedding day! Jennie was so awesome from start to finish. I found her at a wedding show and spoke briefly with her about what I wanted and how other florist told me they couldn't do it and she told me she could make it happen... AND SHE DID. I had full confidence in her as we met and went through all the details and little things I did not even know about! She's also a planner too so she has that extra background experience which was nice. And she was friends with my planner so it worked out so well! She's spunky and fun and has a great personality which is awesome when you're dealing with so many other vendors and factors during the planning process. She was professional and very sweet and helpful. I received so many compliments on how beautiful my wedding was and I absolutely loved what she put together for me. Dear Pebbles Enterprise Inc. It has been seven months since my daughter's birthday party and I just wanted to tell you that the catering of the meal was superb! The food was delicious, the table decorations and arrangements were beautiful, and the staff was a delight to work with. Not only was everything that was promised delivered, there were extras thrown in as well that made the event even more special. I feel for everything you did for us, making sure that a thousand and one details were perfectly executed, made the value of the service you provided more than worth the expense it cost me. Desiree was absolutely amazing! I was planning my wedding from out of state and don’t know what I would have done without Desiree! Desiree was in constant contact with me throughout the entire planning process, she offered her ideas and opinions like a friend, she handled communication with my vendors and thought of many details that I overlooked or didn’t even think of. The weeks leading up to the wedding were so hectic for me and Desiree was the one who kept everything organized, and made sure every single detail was perfectly aligned with my vision for our wedding day. The food was outstanding! All of the guests at our wedding were very pleased and we heard no complaints. The staff was very professional. We were a little disappointed at how quickly they packed up and left. We were also a little disappointed that they didn't leave any food for us to have a plate after everyone was gone as we, the bride and groom, were to busy with our guests to really get a chance to eat. I would definitely recommend Char-Don Catering to anyone and would definitely use them again for any other event!!!

I hired Mimi & Val Events to plan my Wedidng and provide all decor. I was blown away by their service. Myriam, the planner and Decor Coordinator asked what my vision was, and over-delivered. She was with me step by step, helping me get everything off my to-do list knocked off. She also finished all decor a month before my wedding! She works hard at her craft, and ensures you get nothing but the best! She is not cheap!! She got me the most beautiful faux silk flowers and more. I really did feel like royalty at the end of my wedding. I am so glad I chose to go with this vendor. My wedding day was pure bliss and I have zero complaints!

Costs are greatly affected by region, with rural or smaller-town wedding planners often far more affordable than planners in higher-cost cities.     • Day-of-wedding coordination: $800-$1,700.
