I ordered a cake for my daughters second birthday which required two flavors and I was and am more than satisfied with his work. Josh gave the cake life, it was Disney's frozen theme. He made every detail stand out and wowed my daughter. He took the time to go over every detail of how I pictured the cake and made it my reality. Best of all he was on time! He also has the best prices for great flavors. I will definitely be using him again!

Several of my friends have hired Josh to bake the cake for their parties. He always works with them to customize their cake, bakes them from scratch, and definitely puts in the hours to make each cake beautiful and delicious. His prices are super competitive since he doesn't have a lot of overhead costs with being an at home baker. Flavor and talent ☺️

Mr. Miller baked the most delicious cake for a dinner party I was attending. It was not only unquestionably delicious, but it was elegantly decorated, as well. His chocolate icing gave me a "joygasm"! I will absolutely be ordering from him again. :)

His cake was absolutely amazing! The intricate details were unbelievable. The icy was perfect, not too much and not too little. The flower petals on the cake were light and had the perfect crispness to them. I would use him for future events absolutely!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take time to talk and get to know my customers. I also ask for any photos or ideas they have for their cake. I explain the process and ask if they have any concerns or questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took several months of Wilton training and have 4 different certificates for different areas of cake decorating.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always enjoyed baking and decided I would take a few classes to impress friends at dinner parties. I ended up taking four months of classes and opening up my own business because I really loved what I was doing!
