I have had multiple treatments at Phoenix Healing Spa and I also take many of the meditation and yoga classes. I absolutely LOVE this place and everyone who works there. You can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in the door. It feels like everyone there really does care to help me to live a more fulfilled and happy life!
Recently I had a "Trance Healing" with Barbara. She is a gifted healer and offered a lot of insight as to energy blocks that I have been carrying with me. I am continuing my work with Barbara and each day feel more "light and Love" around me.
I have also experienced the "transformation massage" that combined deep tissue and essential oils. The therapist also performed Reiki to help release the trapped emotions, not just the physical pain.
The facial left my skin glowing, and I love that they use only organic products.

This is a beautiful facility. I really liked the massage therapists I've met there. They were all professional and in tune with spirituality, which I appreciate. The essential oils used on the treatments really add to setting their massages to a different level of quality, tailored to each person's need. I had a great facial done as well. I've attended a couple of classes related to spirituality and I'm currently attending a few of them a month.

Recently I went to this spa for a massage. I felt that I was very well taken care of and that the staff really cared that I had a good experience. I loved the products and oils that were used and the therapist had the perfect touch.
I decided to try out their Breathwork meditation class that they hold a few times a month. I have been practicing different types of meditation for years and have never had an experience even close to this. It felt like pure energy was flowing through my body. I can not wait to go back and I am telling all of my friends. I am so happy that I found this place!

Hello Tamer,
You made an appointment for a massage and received excellent and professional treatment. After your massage, however, you snuck out the back door, climbed over our fence and ran through the alley - without paying!
You would not return repeated calls and texts to come back to the spa and pay for your treatment. Only when we showed you proof that we had you on video and threatened to call the police, did you return. Yes, we wanted to get paid, but more importantly, we wanted to make sure you were not encouraged to repeat this at another spa.
EVEN THEN, we treated you with respect and understanding. You apologized and said that you were not a bad man and that as an Egyptian this is not a representative of your culture. We said everyone made mistakes and wished you well. Yet, here you are writing a false review.
We hope you find peace in your life, Tamer.
On a side note - Thumbtack customer service was impressive when it first happened. They gave us credits to compensate for our loss. They said that they will remove this man from the site so that other Thumbtack client would not have this experience.
However, now that he did come back to pay days later (after threat of jail), they have allowed him back on the site and allowed this unjustified review. So BEWARE to all others here who use this site to gain new business. They apparently are ok with sending known criminals to your business. This is highly irresponsible and the company should be held legally accountable if this man does the same to you.
