This is the second time that I used Atlantis for moving my mother’s furniture I used them about two years ago. I was so impressed! I’m a businessman. I’ve been in business for 48 years and I know professionalism when I see it. This company goes above and beyond. I just can’t express enough what wonderful job they did. They bubble wrapped each piece of furniture then they put moving blankets around them and taped it. They handled each piece of furniture like it was $1 million. For anyone out there looking for a good mover that is honest and professional that has very good worth ethic‘s I would recommend Atlantis Delivery Service bar none they are the greatest in my book. They came right when they said they would so they were very accurate on their time schedule and their fees were very reasonable. Always remember that the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of good price.

Atlantis Delivery was a good choice for movers, we had 3 movers and a truck with not hidden fees. The guys did an amazing job at moving our things, and making sure the furniture was protected. I am glad we went with them!

From the moment I contacted him, Mr. Benmusa of Atlantis Delivery Service provided excellent customer service for the best price available. He helped me to remotely arrange pick up and delivery of a piece of furniture, and assured me that he would take care of contacting all parties involved in the delivery. Even though the seller rescheduled the initially agreed upon pick up time, Mr. Benmusa was flexible with the timings and the furniture was delivered safely and efficiently. I highly recommend Atlantis Delivery Service and will rely on this company for future delivery needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to be fair to our customers. We are flexible and willing to work things out with them. Our standard rates are for movers and truck and they cover 25 miles radius from our location. The starting basic hourly rate is $65/hr with 3 hours minimum charge. This base rate is for moving furniture within the home, loading and unloading trucks and Pods. Time over the 3 hours minimum is charged in 1/4 hour basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact. Request information needed for estimate. Provide basic estimate. Do any needed or requested adjustment. Request customer approval and acceptance. Provide confirmation of appointment. Send a final reminder of appointment. Showup for appointment. Do the requested work. Request payment and review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Lindenwood University. Extensive training and experience in customer service. 18 years of general delivery experience. 8 years experience in my own delivery business.
