The food and service was impeccable. Each course was beautifully plated, explained, and thoroughly enjoyed by my family and I. Would definitely recommend these services to anyone!

Chef Tom is amazing! Not only does he work with you to develop the perfect menu, he is professional, cooks up amazing food, and leaves your kitchen cleaner than he found it! I have used multiple times and will continue to do in the future again!

Chef Tom catered a small intimate 60th birthday lunch for me (big party went on hold due to the pandemic) at my house. Everything was absolutely amazing - the appetizers were the star of the party! Food was delicious and more than enough for our group. Chef Tom prepared a few items in my kitchen and brought everything he needed to make the luncheon run smoothly and efficiently. We were all very happy and I would happily have him cater any functions again.

Chef Tom is one of a kind. He is so personable, excellent cook, will do whatever needs to be done to fit your party or even home needing some meals to get you through a busy week! You will not be disappointed with Cap’s Kitchen. Let them handle your next party or personal chef experience!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We offer standard prices for our pre set menus, Custom menus are based to fit most budgets. Per person pricing is for both Personal Chef and Catering Services. Tax and 20% gratuity is added to all services and Drop off is a $25 fee.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Talking with the new client over the phone to get all details of the event including allergies and dietary needs. Discussing and creating menus to your liking so your event is just the way you want it. Meet in person at the venue to go over set up and finalize menu. 50% deposit is due to secure date.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    30 years experience in the Hospitality Industry learning every I could about the business. 4 years as a Corporate Research and Development Chef for Planet Hollywood International, 8 years as a Chef for The Cheesecake Factory and 5 years with Walt Disney World as a Chef Assistant.
