- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer standard prices for our pre set menus, Custom menus are based to fit most budgets. Per person pricing is for both Personal Chef and Catering Services. Tax and 20% gratuity is added to all services and Drop off is a $25 fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking with the new client over the phone to get all details of the event including allergies and dietary needs. Discussing and creating menus to your liking so your event is just the way you want it. Meet in person at the venue to go over set up and finalize menu. 50% deposit is due to secure date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years experience in the Hospitality Industry learning every I could about the business. 4 years as a Corporate Research and Development Chef for Planet Hollywood International, 8 years as a Chef for The Cheesecake Factory and 5 years with Walt Disney World as a Chef Assistant.
