The wonderful people at All County Preferred went above and beyond managing my rental property. From selecting the best tenant, handling the paperwork, dealing with work orders and even working with my real estate agent during the sale process they handled everything with amazing professionalism. During that time I was a post divorce, single mother of 2 stuck in a house I couldn't afford or sell thanks to the housing market crash who needed to move out of state to be near family. To have people who I could trust was invaluable to me during such a stressful time. They found great tenants and handled any issue that came up quickly and professionaly.
