I have used Bill to paint several investment homes and condominiums and like his work. He provides a proper estimate for each job, honors his price, does good work and is reliable.
When asked to do small extras he has never over charged. He has always showed up when promised and completed work on the agreed date.

Mr. Bill did a great job with my handyman to do list. We were getting our house ready to sell and our list included plumbing, drywall, painting, woodwork, electrical etc...He completed everything on the list and did more for no extra charge. His price was very reasonable compared to other estimates we received and completely trustworthy. We got an offer on our house (now under contract) within 3 days of Bill completing his work. Had 2 ceiling fans installed with remote control,paid $35 each for remotes and both don,t work....also great room ceiling fan is unbalanced...took over 6 hrs to install

One ceiling fan had a bad receiving unit, or motor in it. It would click but not start fan. I even tried using some parts from one of the old fans to activate the new one. The second fan I installed was a little off balance and I offered to adjust the balance, but was told not to bother. I was there six hours trying to solve the issue, but only charged the original quote. I also told the customer that if they replaced the defective fan with a good one I would install it at no charge.
