I had Scott come out to install a kitchen faucet that needed replacing. He and his son did a very good job. He was quick and cleaned up afterwards. He charged a fair price. He was very courteous and friendly. The only negative is that we originally scheduled a 12:00 appointment and and he called and said he was on another job and would be late. We then rescheduled for 4:00 and he got here about 4:30. He did apologize for the problem. Overall I was was satisfied and would definitely consider using him again for Handyman services.

There aren't enough words to say how happy that I am with the job that Manny did on my house. He installed a garage door opener and did a wonderful job --- very conscientious and professional. He will be my very first call for the next job I have at my house.

We contracted with Allen to install a glass shower door in our master bathroom in our condo. We purchased the door at Home Depot as a special order and made arrangements with Allen for him to pick it up at the store and perform the installation. We provided Allen with a description of the door that we had purchased so that he would make sure that it was the correct one when he went to get it. Allen picked up the door as planned and showed up on schedule to perform the installation. The door was quite heavy because it was a 3/8 in glass one, so I helped Allen transport it into the condo. I showed Allen the room and he promptly went to work. He explained that the shower area had some irregularities and he would have to make some careful measurements so that it would fit correctly. He seemed to have everything under control so I stayed out of his way. Part way through the installation, I heard Allen yell an explicative. When I went to find out what happened, he explained that he had made a serious mistake with regard to one of the measurements and had cut the top rail too short to be used. He was quite distraught about the mistake he had made. I asked him what he could do about it. He said that the only solution was to order a replacement top rail, which would take a few days to get. He immediately contacted that manufacturer and ordered a replacement part to be express shipped to him. The part showed up several days later and, as soon as it did, Allen dropped his other work and came over in the middle of the day to finish the installation. As he made his measurements and cuts he asked that I double-check them. I did, of course. As it turned out, the installation was still quite difficult as the instructions were not particularly clear (even with both of us looking at them). An additional problem is that the instructions called for the installation to be done by a team of two. Since Allen came alone, not realizing the magnitude of the job, I served as his assistant and we finally got the door installed. There were some issues regarding alignment of the doors within the frame, but Allen figured out how to correct it and working as a team, we made the correction. After several hours, Allen was finished and he cleaned up after the work very well. The doors looked great! I think Allen bit off more than he was prepared for with the extra-heavy 3/8 in doors, but he came through at the end to complete the job satisfactorily.

John came right away and fixed our shower door for a very reasonable price, even though our earlier attempts to fix it made the job a little harder for him! He provided a lot of information about what he was doing and why. We will definitely be asking him back for additional work.

I saw Chris's work at a neighbor's house and called to schedule repairs at my house. Chris and his partner pressure cleaned my driveway, fixed my lawn sprinklers, installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced electrical sockets for me. These gentlemen are courteous and clean cut. They leave your home neat and tidy when the work is finished. Their price is very reasonable. The next time anything at my house needs repair, I'm calling Chris! Call Chris at Gentle Hands. You'll be glad you did!

Hired them to remove popcorn sealing, add texture, paint sealing and walls and do floors. Removing lights while doing sealing and putting them back and cleaning all mass was included. They are almost 4 weeks behind the schedule. There are a lot of little things they forgot to finish. Didn't properly cleaned after themself. I with my wife had to clean floors, almost every corner had a little bit grout left. All doors and windows were covered with texture from the sealing and walls and they were supposed to clean it, we couldn't wait no longer and we just cleaned ourself. They didn't put back vent covers and chandelier in dining room and there are still baseboards missing in dining room and closets. And today when I asked the guy if he could put new chandelier that I bought instead of an old one, he said: "$65!" I answered to that with: "Just put the old one back". Not reliable, not punctuated

I was trying to install an interior door for a few days and I had a hard time carving out the hinges. I went to google and searched for door installers. I called Jorge and he came the next day. He was punctual and he installed the door in less than an hour. His prices are very reasonable.

Did a great job tiling the shower/tub. Very responsive and showed up when expected. Didn't reattach the plumbing back up correctly so had to have plumber come out and fix. But otherwise everything was great.

Pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the work completed so far and it’s near completion! After getting several estimates, I chose Southern Floors and Pavers to install approx. 1900 sq ft of laminate flooring that included tile removal. They work well as a team; very professional, ethical, courteous, sensitive to customer preferences, attentive to details and quality workmanship with in-depth experience in multiple trades. They clean up the work area daily and conduct daily walk throughs with me to address any needs and explain next steps. Pricing is reasonable and fair and they are prompt in arriving and sticking to their proposed schedule. I’m so pleased that I plan to hire them for several other projects...shower remodel, several door installations and fire pit installation. You won’t be disappointed with this company!

Guy went above and beyond to get the job done. Had carpeting removed and closet doors hung. Despite a challenge with hanging the doors, Guy persevered and found a solution. I was very happy with his work and will hire him again for future projects.

Barbra and her team are doing a great job! After being ripped off by another contractor, Barbara stepped in and made me and my family feel very comfortable, she brought samples for us to look at and even gave her opinion when asked. We are having our garage redone, wood floors, new doors installed, painting, our bathroom remodeled, base boards and our pool rehabbed completely and so far we are very happy with their work!

These guys are great! They were not only well priced, they were extremely nice and you could tell they knew what they were doing. They made it look even better than I imagined by going the extra mile on a couple of things. Our bathroom was new and messed up by the contractor, the shower was leaking due to bad tiling under the glass. They came out (at no fee) and installed a small part which fixed the problem. We met with a lot of glass companies before choosing these guys, and Im glad we didn't go with anyone else.
