I haven't even had the spa seen , but I was so impressed when I called the office. I thought they asked just the right questions. I believe I'll be able to get my spa fixed on the first trip as after a discussion he expects to have the part with him.Jun 1, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our trip runs local 75.00 long distance 85.00. the trip fee pays for us to come out to your home, diagnose what the problem is and give you a written estimate on getting the job done. Our labor cost is very fair, normal cost for labor is 60-75.00 unless we are putting on multiple parts such as system, topside and pump usually runs you about 85.00. If its just a fuse or something simple, we usually only charges a couple dollars.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?You let us know what the hot tub or jetted tub is not doing and if we can't fix it over the phone or email. Then we set up an appointment for diagnosis. We try to work with the customer as much as possible on appointment times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?London did graduate from technical school, where he received a schooling for working on mechanical systems. We are educated through Jacuzzi Whirlpool bath and Hot tubs certification. We also carry a bachelors degree in social and Associate degree in Science.
