I am always reading tech material and am out on Microsoft's site using their virtual classrooms
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into this line of business after helping my uncle with learning the computer and various software programs. I have the ability to talk in everyday terms for non technical people to understand and at the same time converse with the technical aspects and terminology most techs use.
