I was not making progress in my workouts and was trying to relieve some serious hip pain when I was referred to Antoine by my personal trainer. She is in top physical shape and told me that Antoine was her trainer and she thought he would help me too. So I began training with Antoine with goals of increasing endurance and flexibility, overall toning, and relieving my hip pain. He is a tough but kind trainer, set high expectations for my progress, and had me mopping sweat from my brow in short order. After six months of training, my overall conditioning has improved, and my hip pain is significantly better, only acting up when I miss a session. Thank you Antoine for your constant positive reinforcement, high expectations, and outstanding, challenging, sweat producing workouts. Claude is very experienced in his line of work. He takes the time to work on exactly what you want and is very patient. He also pushes you to your full potential. Before working with Claude I could not do a single pull up nor even attempt to climb a rope. I am now at 5 pull-ups and counting and can easily climb a rope. I throughly enjoy my sessions at his gym and am very excited for the future of his business.Dec 11, 2016

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I usually spend about 60mins with the client because I also go through mobility and soft tissue work with the client. My companies name says it all, I aim to help my clients function better in their daily lives, through mobility,weightlifting, strength&conditioning training. Pricing is based off of clients wants and needs and frequency of training. You have to come in for a free assessment and evaluation before anything else. There are no contracts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I do a meet and greet, an assessment. Then write a program to fit the clients wants and needs. Then we set up days and times that best work for the client to come into the facility and train. Lastly we reach goals.
