- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer FREE ESTIMATES! This means we will come out and look at your plumbing issue and let you know what we recommend for FREE! No trip charge or hidden fees to make you feel like you have to choose us. We WANT you to choose up not feel obligated to!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once scheduled, you can expect our technician to arrive within our window of arrival. Upon arrival, he will assess and recommend a solution and will not do any work until approval or denial.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are required to ride with our Lead Technician for a minimum of one month to ensure that everyone that works in our team understand our high expectations and skillset required to work at this business.
