About this pro
Alpha1Painting painted the interior and a few outside portions of our rental house. We were very happy with that so had them do a huge portion of painting work in our new house. I thought their pricing was very reasonable. If you like using small, local businesses and prefer to have just a few people in your house at a time, this is a great one! Tim is very responsive via phone, email, and text. Both times he was very quick to come out for estimates. They were on time, worked around our schedules, asked for feedback, and left nothing in the way in the evenings. And the painting looked great!Oct 3, 2015
Tim and his crew are awesome. I have used them several times over the past few years simply because they are punctual, thorough, and a great value! I've priced a lot of painters and Alpha1 cannot be beat on quality and price. Tim is always quick to respond and will take care of any issues immediately. The Alpha 1 crew are professionals I am very comfortable with having in my home. I have referred their services to several friends and family.Jul 27, 2015
Tim has been my "go to" painter for years. I am a bit particular about the work I receive and Tim always goes over and above my expectations. Although his prices may not be the cheapest in town, once he has completed his work you know you got your money's worth and then some. I like how he stands back and looks to see what could make the job stand out as perfection and chooses to do the little things we never think about. In one instance he chose to paint the old metal windows in my house when I hired him to paint my walls. That extra attention to detail made the whole room pop because the windows didn't look lack luster anymore, they actually looked new again. Tim always pays close attention to detail and thinks outside the box to make my jobs complete. I highly recommend Tim for any painting work needed.Jun 10, 2015

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? No complicated system. I bid them by the job. Every house is different so I like to meet with potential customers in person, look at exactly what they are wanting, that way I am able to provide them with a fair and reasonable quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I generally set up an appointment to meet with the new customer. I then look at the job and scope of work to be preformed. I answer any questions or concerns they may have. I type them a written contract which I send via email. Once the contract is accepted I get them scheduled and on the calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My education and training come from 30 years of experience in the industry. There is no question or concern that I am unable to address or answer for my customers concerning their painting project.
