Jack Kearney is beyond brilliant. No matter how badly you mess up your computer, he can fix it. He has been able to keep my computer going for years. Whether is was my server, notebook, laptop, or desktop, he was able to come to me and fix anything anyone in the office managed to mess up. You get a lot for your money, he is thorough and quick.

Nope, not complicated. A flat $50 an hour in half hour blocks. That's it...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make them as comfortable as I can, while they explain what's happening with the computer, and I try to make sure they understand the steps that I'm taking and why to fix their problem.
