The Remediation Team did not have to perform any repairs at my house. Which is exactly why they earned my 4 star rating-by being honest! Instead of telling me to spend $800-$1000 on our chimney, they said we simply needed to have our gutters cleaned and this would stop the water that had leaked through front of our fireplace. My husband had a broken hand and had not been able to clean them. Once we got that completed, the leaking did not occur with the next rain.Mar 23, 2017Verified
I had a pipe leak in my basement that flooded the area. Michael and his team were here within an hour, cleaned up the water and left industrial sized dehumidifiers in the area for a number of days to zap the rest of the moisture. Very happy with the results and service.Feb 23, 2016Verified
