- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes we use the industry standards pricing system called Xactimate 28, But we also are always willing to negotiate are pricing within reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We set an appointment around there schedule, visit the location to determine if we can help them thru Insurance or a self pay. If insurance we help call it in and meet with the Insurance adjuster to insure you have someone representing you properly. If it's a self pay we build a estimate and explain the process. Once it's been approved and signed off on we begin work and take pictures to document our work. Once the Insurance company approves we begin work, take pictures to document our work and write scope and direct bill them. We also post test if it's a hazards material we are removing to insure our clients health.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes we take classes with a certified instructor, keeping us up to date with the IICRC S500 @ S520 standards. Always using new technology in our industry to better serve our customers.
