Larry and his team were very professional and gave us all of the information regarding our foundation repair. He pinpointed the problem quickly and was not trying to get over on us, unlike some other companies we've received estimates from. Our job was done quickly and professional for fraction of the cost with the extra bonus of mold prevention. Not only was it repaired but it was also satisfying to see the floor slope disappear as the new supports were placed. We are very satisfied with the work and will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others.

I’m in the process of purchasing a house and the general home inspector suggested I get a structural engineer to check out the foundation before moving forward with purchasing. Larry was very responsive and professional. I told him I was purchasing a home and my due diligence period, he showed up within 48 hours to inspect the foundation of the home. He was very detailed, honest and upfront, he explained everything throughly and clearly for me to understand. After the consultation he provided in writing an explanation of what was discussed at the house and an breakdown estimate of cost. If I ever need his services he’d be top on the list. I will definitely consider him for the job.

Larry gave the best price out of all the quotes I got. His team did the job in 3 days. They did a really good job on the exterior digging for the pipe system where the sub pump pushes the water to street leaving a minimal footprint of where they dug and barely disturbing any of my landscaping. He also threw in a trench drain system right outside my door free of charge as part of the deal. On the inside they did a good job burying the pump in the corner and digging the trench on the two problematic wall. The concrete pour when finished was not as precise as I’d hoped but overall pretty happy with the value of the work that I got

I didn’t have work done, but I wanted to take a quick moment to give a review of my inspection by Larry. First, unlike most contractors he arrived in time and the communication prior to his arrival was quick and to the point. During the meeting he was extremely professional; giving me information on his background that really helped validate his service. He took a look at the area and it turned out that the issue wasn’t something that involved structural waterproofing as I had believed. The thing I admired most was his honesty. I wouldn’t have known the difference if he told me I needed the whole wall replaced. I guess that’s the reason you get multiple quotes. Bottom line: he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. For that reason alone, I’d recommend him to anyone. P.S. I don’t need his service now, but (lord-forbid) if I ever do, I know who I will contact.

We set an appointment for a consultation/inspection. We explain all facets of the problem and all available solutions. We do not brow beat our customers to submission. Our goal is to educate our customers on their foundation issues.

Structural certification through Grip Tite engineering. Certified waterproofing contractor. 20 years of experience in my field. We have protected hundreds of homes from water intrusion.
