About this pro
Kim and her wonderful team did an amazing job of helping us get our home ready to be put up for sale. They decluttered, staged, beautified it to the max! Very professional and more importantly an absolute pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend her services, photographs were beautiful also!May 4, 2017Verified

Kim was very helpful and knowledgeable. She offered a lot of really good suggestions; most of which we will be applying as we move forward. The consultation fee was well worth the money, but the staging and furniture rental fee was way more than I anticipated. I was expecting something comparable to what they charge on different HGTV shows. ( $3000 for the whole house, inside and outdoor areas)Jul 26, 2016VerifiedKimberly M.'s reply
Kim, Thank you for allowing us to come out and assist with your initial consultation. Like I stated when we met, Staging is an investment not an expense. The furnishings need to match the price point of the home and need to appeal to the demographic of the buyer. You can figure a 700,000. Plus home is about .5% of the cost to stage. This includes 90 days of furnishings of all Disciplined Design plus our expert staging. Which usually averages out to anywhere from 20.00 - 60.00 depending on price of home. It would be wonderful if everything could be as easy as TV makes it look!!!! Staging works and there is a lot that goes in to making a home look like an HGTV home. Like I stated to you, it was so nice meeting you and touring your lovely home. We hope all the best for you.
