Contacted 3 organizer companies. Liberty answered quickly. After explaining the work, the owner suggested 3 workers to do the job - for more efficiency. They arrived early on the day of work, and started immediately after reviewing the 5 rooms. They were professional, unobtrusive, and efficient. The work 1st day was very good quality so I hired them a 2nd day to complete a few other rooms. I am a busy professional with minimal time to clean and organize my home. Clutter-free, organized space breathes so much more energy into my home; it is a feng-shui principal. If you’re in need of de-cluttering and improving positive energy into your home - I highly recommend hiring Liberty Organizers. The owner is professional and a good person who wants to help.

Cynthia was very correspondent, she even called 2 days before to confirm her assistance. Even the day before. I walked her through the home and what needed to be handled. She did not complain, she went straight to working in a timely manner. Well packaged, and she informed me of what products where need to get the assignment done. Honestly she did so good, she was asked to come back the next day. Which she had no issue in doing. Lastly, its a team, so you can request multiple people at once.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we have a brief phone consultation about the client's need. At this point, we can set dates and times to come in and organize whatever space we have agreed on. I have come to realize that every client wants something unique and individualized and not a "prescribed process" Before our work starts at the client's location, we do a brief In-home free consultation and discuss the client's needs and what is bothering them the most. I always want to know what the problem areas are and how soon the client needs those areas organized so they can be functional again. We then work on setting some organization goals, packing or unpacking preparation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in Marketing and Human Resources. I'm also a counselor. My work requires a good service provider to be understanding, compassionate, non-judgmental and empathetic. I need to be willing and ready to solve my client's problem in the best way possible. My educational background and training equipped me to be exactly that.
