Introduction: I have been practicing yoga for 14 years and I have found that my purpose is to share the healing power of yoga. I am Yoga Alliance certified-RYT 200 Hour. Whether you are wanting to heal your body, start a daily practice, learn how to truly relax, or challenge yourself; I can help. One of my main goals is to help my students listen to their bodies. Pain is usually a cue that self care and observation is needed. I am a guide that will show you how to slow down your mind and truly listen to what is waiting to be shared. I focus on intuitive movement, breath, balance and body autonomy. I can help you learn how to focus and bring all of these tools into your daily life. I look forward to practicing with you!
