Hired on Thumbtack

Mr. Hammond called and we scheduled. He called back to reschedule due to family concern. I said no problem. I text him the morning of the reschedule and I got no response. I again text him the same day in the pm no response. That is not how businesses are suppose to operate. A phone call. Or text message would be all required that you're doing the job or you're not doing it. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Mr. Hammond's services.
