- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to find out what they want done, how they would like for it to be done and in what time frame. I also like to talk with my customers about allergies, such as asthma and bronchitis to certain smells and products. I like to take a tour around the home and/or business to look at everything so that I am able to give my opinion on things and insight into what needs to be done.

I have an associates degree in business administration & management
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First, do your homework. Make sure the person has experience and can perform the job duties you are requesting. Ask for personal references.
