After working with my personal trainer Stephen Cone for more than three years I can, without reservation, heartily recommend him as a trainer. With his help I have met, and in some instances exceeded, the goals I had optimistically set, and when I was at a plateau he encouraged me and made suggestions that got me heading in the right direction. Stephen’s positive attitude and support, as well as his knowledge of exercise science, gives me confidence in his ability to further direct my efforts. His strong work ethic and promptness for all scheduled appointments are just a couple of his other admirable qualities, and reasons I admire and recommend him.

His persistence keeps me focused and committed to a five-day weekly gym schedule. He’s helped develop a new attitude in me. Along with more confidence and drive to stay healthy, I make the right diet choices to support progress in the gym. I’ve discovered new confidence as I lost inches of fat and over 100 pounds over the last two+ years of training. The expertise and guidance he’s provided through my strength training sessions have been amazing, with consistent updates and redesigning of my sessions keeps me progressing consistently. The results were faster than expected!

5 point fitness has been every thing and more when it comes to meeting my training/fitness needs. Stephen encompasses an array of techniques, education, and nutritional tips/suggestions that we use during every workout. He not only encourages me during my work outs, but is there the whole step of the way to make sure I am educated on proper technique as well as safely executing each workout properly to ensure safety. I have had nothing but amazing success since being part of the 5 point fitness family and cannot recommend him enough.

Hiring Stephen is the best thing I have ever done to start losing weight and get in shape. I would have a habit of starting the gym and then quit in a few weeks. Stephen is consistent and keeps me on track and motivated. He is always available to answer any questions I have about nutrition or the workout I am given. Highly recommend!
