There are certain hourly requirements that have to be taken each year since the market, rules, and regulations can change.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with a Realtor and the foreclosure market is so high, that I thought I could benefit and help others find a good home for a good price.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to make sure that you properly handle tenant screening by using a background check service, credit check, past rental history and obtain a copy of a drivers license, or picture ID and a recent paystub. It never hurts to get as much information about the potential tenant.
