Because every customer's needs are different, the pricing for services varies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first meet a customer, I speak with them to get a thorough understanding of their business and what their needs are. This enables me to prepare a proper assessment of their business operations and the pain points. From there, I discuss what their expectations are and how I will help them streamline their processes and eliminate their pain points.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA and MBA in Accounting as well as having passed the CPA exam. I also have over 25 years of hands on experience in all areas of Accounting and am a Certified Quickbooks Consultant.
