After trying to manage my three rental properties for two years, I was fed up and knew I needed to hire an expert. A lot of people who buy a rental property don't realize how complicated it can be to manage it. I found out the hard way! I interviewed several property management companies, and chose Ritan Property Group. After just a few minutes talking with Melanie, I was impressed with her knowledge of the property management business and her ability to understand all the details involved. She explained RPG's services and the costs up front. She was able to get everything set up very quickly, which was a big load off my mind. RPG has electronic systems for all their payments and processes. They do everything, from getting good tenants to repairs and maintenance. It was a big relief to turn over management of my properties to RPG, and totally worth the fees (which don't seem like much based on all the work they do). I have better use for the time I used to spend solving my property management problems, and am thrilled to have RPG doing that for me.
FANTASTIC! I hired Property Management Inc. to oversee several investment rental properties I have in the local area. My husband and I thought we could handle these properties on our own, however, we soon realized we were wrong and were losing money, we needed help and fast! PMI was exactly what we were looking for, they handle "everything". Celeste and Brian have gone above and beyond to make things happen, they have made our investment "Worry Free!" Todd has been a great property manager! I contacted Todd, as well as other property managers, about 8 months ago and Todd stood out to me immediately as responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable. I went with Todd after speaking with several other management companies in the area and I'm glad I did. He came out, assessed my property, put together a great listing, and within a matter of days he was getting calls from great applicants for the property. We quickly placed a great tenant and I hadn't spend a dime up to that point! Todd and Renters Warehouse - Atlanta are also very flexible when it comes to how involved you would like to be as a homeowner. I am very handy and local to my property so if want to make a repair to the home I can, if I don't want to be involved then Todd will find a low cost service provider in their discounted network of vendors, either way, they have it covered. Based on my research and speaking with other property management entities, Renters Warehouse is competitively priced when it comes to both tenant placement and property management fees and for the most part all I do now is sit back and wait on the checks to clear at the beginning of the month! In short, Todd is great and I couldn't have expected the process to go any smoother on my first rental property!
Although I won't have the pleasure of using Vineyard as my property management company because I'm not in their management area ( a situation that I am very sad about), I did have the pleasure of speaking to Andi Lannom, one of the property managers there She is a gem, who was heaven sent and went far over and above, even though she could not manage my property due to its location. When I sent in a search for property managers through Thumbtack, Andi was the first one to respond to my request with a very personalized response. When I finally spoke to Andi, I found her to be very knowledgeable, personable and patient. She gave me a lot of good information about property management and what her company offered. After talking and discovering that my house was out of their area range, Andi so graciously offered to do some research and contact property management companies in that area, who might be more helpful. She followed through on her word and got valuable information from the companies, which she shared with me and put me in contact with them. That was such a blessing to me since I am a novice at this. Andi went well beyond the call of duty and I am very grateful for her help. She put me on the right track to finding a company who can meet my needs. I can't say thank you enough! And if Vineyard ever decides to expand it's property management range, I would quickly become a client.
When I went to visit my friend I notice that her building was always looking nice and she is always praising her management company, Tenant Science. I found out about the company and went to my Coop president to change our management company to Tenant Science. I took photos of her building and convinced other resident we should try Tenant Science. I must confess, they have never disappointed me. They have actually made me proud. My building looks awesome. I met Ms Veyla Barnes through an mutual acquaintance a few years ago while she was working at the Fillmore Center in San Francisco. It wasn't until months later after we had met that I needed her assistance and expertise in finding a home after getting transferred by my job from Cupertino to San Francisco. Ms. Barnes was very knowledgeable about the buildings facilities, the specifics about pet ownership on the premises, the rich and culturally but oftentimes overlooked history of the neighborhood and most importantly, the street parking restrictions throughout the week. She was very patient with my partner and I even though there were some (a lot) moments when we were being indecisive about our initial decision . But Ms. Veyla Barnes took her time with us and showed us every best possible option for was without our budget. My partner and I moved in shortly after and we have been living at the Fillmore Center ever since. We were both very sad to see Ms. Barnes leave the Fillmore Center but had no doubt that her professionalism and dedication in building management would follow suit no matter what job she may have required next.
I highly recommend Real Property to anyone as they are personable, trustworthy and professional. Tami, Vicky and the expanded team did an amazing job quickly helping us get our property in rent ready condition after having a nightmare tenant from an old property management company. Tami and Vicky helped us leave our old management firm while we were on vacation out of the country. Real Property helped us switch from our old property manager in a timely fashion with no issues and most of our discussions via email. We had several repairs to be completed before the next tenant and the Real Team used their vendors to provide detailed quotes and top quality repairs. Thanks to the team we were at ease knowing we could enjoy the rest of our vacation with our property handled by The Real Team. I have to say switching to Real Property in 2015 has made life much easier for our family.
Aug. 31, 2015 I (Kim W.), a new Jonesboro, GA resident as of April 2015), have nothing but high praise, respect and appreciation for the professional assistance I have received from Donna Brazil, Associate Broker and Leasing Agent at Silas Frazier Realty, LLC, on several different occasions. On the very first day that I met Ms. Brazil back in late March at a scheduled appointment to view the apartment that I am currently leasing, it was raining and not a good day to be engaged house hunting activity. However, and in spite of horrible weather conditions, Donna Brazil met me on time as scheduled, she had a great attitude, allowed me to thoroughly review the apartment I was interested in seeing, answered all of my questions, and actually waited an additional 30 minutes at the site (in horrible weather) to allow me time to submit my application on the spot. Additionally, Ms. Brazil has expeditiously returned all of my phone calls, timely addressed the few tenet related emails I have sent to her office, and been proactive in making sure that my concerns have been properly (and satisfactorily) resolved with follow up initiatives. Bottom line, and based on the above stated personal experience, I am convinced that Donna truly enjoys what she does. I could not ask for a better agent.
