- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I provide a free 30 minute call to assess the clients needs and to see if we are a coaching match. The first few sessions delve into wh the person is and what they want utilizing personality assessments and coaching techniques.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with Teens, Emerging Adults, and Adults, helping them understand who they are so they can make the best choices for their future.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Coaching isn't therapy. We focus on a specific area and set goal to reach it. You have to want to be coached, because you are going to be doing the work. However, I like to make it more fun. There are a lot of creative ways to get the same results as some of the more mundane tasks.
