Firstly, when I called Larry he was very warm and friendly. I asked Larry where he was located and he told me that he does business out of his home in Roswell. However, he offered other options, Larry suggested that we could meet somewhere or he could come to my home and fix my computer problem. I thought, "great, a mobile computer repair shop!" We set a date for the following Wednesday between 9:30-10:30am. Larry told me he was going to bring his computer to transfer the data and that it would only take an hour! When Larry arrived at my home, he asked me if I had an extra computer for the data transferring process. I told him no, then I proceeded to remind him that he said he was going to bring his. To make a long story short, Larry ended up taking my computer with him and bringing it back the next morning (no big deal, but I did not give 5 stars because he initially told me only an hour or so and that he was going to bring his computer for the data retrieval---what if I actually needed the data that day or was unavailable after Wednesday). Anyways and Most Importantly, Larry retrieved my data and put it on a flash drive for me. He was very professional, kind, and compassionate! Larry also gave me some great advice about my computer and computers in general! He really knows his stuff!
