- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never compromise on quality and always seek to lower costs to the client. By hiring all workers directly (without middlemen!) and having a lean administrative structure, we are able to offer better rates than most competitors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free in-person estimates for all our clients. This ensures we understand the client's vision and expectations. It provides the opportunity to meet and build trust. Alongside the estimate, we provide start date options and project duration. When the estimate is accepted, we coordinate with the client every next step until the end. I am always available over the phone and also allot time during site progress inspections (done almost daily) to review with the client our progress and address any questions or issues.

Leo, the owner, has a background in architecture and has been in business for over 30 years.
