I had a wonderful experience with the MMI team that came to clean my ducts and dryer vent. They found dangerous issues our HVAC company completely overlooked or just ignored and never told us about. I have had the pleasure of working with MMI on several occasions, specifically with owner, Vitaly, and specialist, Caleb. They have done complex re-venting, have gotten us up to code on everything vent related and we have also utilized them for duct cleaning. And if you are not a believer in duct cleaning, let me tell you that there is a substantial difference in the amount of dust before and after service in our 2 dog, 2 cat home. They are extremely thorough in not only explaining what may be causing an issue, but in also showing you-- I have trampled into the attic with them on a couple of occasions. Recently, I had a vent concern that happened at the same time we started to revamp the laundry area. I was confused, and, Vitaly, in trying to explain to me what happened, bent over backwards to make sure that we were pleased --in hindsight, my concern was invalid. Vitaly is an extraordinary people person and I am a bit high strung and rarely think that I'm wrong. He had Caleb come to the house to look for a clog and to also check out the new project-- Caleb immediately found the issue and also worked (along with David) to start a whole new re-venting job. They did a beautiful job, as always. Vitaly, however, only charged me for a fraction of services performed. This man went way too far out of his way for me and I want everyone to know it. He is a lovely human being who staunchly protects his employees and the reputation of the company name. I would implore to anyone who is reading this to call MMI Home Improvement for your next HVAC service.
