Ms. Shirley G. says, "None of those quite fit. While the leveling job was good, the cleanup was substandard. I think it (leveling AND cleanup) would have been completed had I not paid the full amount BEFORE the job was completed. I ended up having to hire another contractor to pressure wash my driveway and garage as the dirt left on my driveway kept turning into mud after it rained, thus messing up my new garage floor while the driveway was also a mess. Impeccable kept promising to complete the job but was "so busy" according to the owner. I blame myself for paying for the job before it was completed. That will never happen again. ============================================ I was reimbursed by Impeccable for the pressure wash job that I completed on their behalf."See more

So, when he finished the job it was not exactly as I had imagined it. He quickly returned and spent another day to make my driveway and sidewalk look precisely how I wanted it. He did not charge me for the extra days work. Now that it looks the way I wanted it to, I am very satisfied."See more

The price was reasonable as well. The next day we still had a problem and they returned to assist us again with no hesitation. Our problem was not a septic tank issue but a clog in the pipes inside our home. We did need our septic tank pumped out despite the clog. They recommended we call a plumber and explained what should be done by the plumber. That was great information!! The plumber did exactly what they explained to us and resolved our issues. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any septic tank issues you are experiencing."See more
