I've been working with Lawrence for 3 months and have seen amazing results in that time. We meet in a gym setting or outside, depending on the weather. We train 30-45 minutes per session. We meet 3 times a week. I have never felt stronger or healthier. Lawrence is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! He also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. He impressed me because he goes through the exercises with me and encourages me to keep going when the exercises get tough. He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely and I've got great new toned muscles. If you are serious about changing your life for the better, Lawrence will lead you every step of the way. Lawrence definitely went above and beyond over the last 3 months of sessions. Lawrence is always on time, if not, he is already there before I get to our sessions. There is not anything that I would improve. I would just say, anyone that works out with Lawrence will appreciate the one on one sessions and the attentiveness. As long as he treats all of his clients as well as he has treated me; there won't be any feedback other than keep up the great work!

I've been getting my butt kicked by Lawrence for 6 months now and I am addicted! I had never worked out with a trainer before but he's been motivating and fun and I'm seeing great results in the process. After spending many years at the gym on my own doing the same boring routine and getting the same results, it's been fabulous mixing things up, learning new techniques and being motivitated to push myself. When I came to Lawrence I was starting to get a belly from being lazy. We generally work out at a highschool track and field. I can appreciate a good outdoor workout, it keeps my adrenaline pumping. We workout for 45 minutes to an hour 3-4 times a week. The thing that impressed me with Lawrence was, he is reasonably priced, a drill sergent but motivating all at the same time. Even when I wanted to give up, the motivation kept me going. He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. If my work schedule required long hours, he was willing to meet early in the mornings before work. He was always on time. The only feedback I have for Lawrence is keep doing what you're doing man.
