Thanks for the five stars! HH
I could not have been more pleased with Heather Hancock. We were celebrating my husband's 70th birthday! Our guests were very impressed with her as everyone always visits in the kitchen! She created delicious appetizers for us, and arranged the serving area to make it most pleasing to the eye. Every detail was exactly perfect. Heather was engaging and friendly, and the items were all her own creations. Her quiche is particularly unusual and really yummy. I would not hesitate to engage Heather Hancock again should the occasion arise. She is a very a talented and caring 'one-woman show'!! Kudos!Jan 12, 2015Verified

Thanks for the five stars! :) HH
Heatherâs great! She really takes her food seriously and doesnât cut corners! She has a lot of knowledge of food parings and brought a complimentary set of appetizers to our party. She made sure everything looked great and my guests all loved the food. She does things from scratch and people really notice that, we were very happy. We had gotten a shrimp tray and veggie tray & then she rounded out our table with: DEVILED EGG CUPS Caprese Bites Savory Artichoke Heart Caramelized Onion Italian Cheese Quiche Homemade Pimento Cheese Spread- & Brown Butter Sage CashewsFeb 18, 2015
Heather is dedicated to her new one woman catering business! She had catered a friends party with appetizers and it was a great success; we loved her food and would recommend her to others! She came by my house with samples and we went over the menus. Its nice to work with someone one on one you know. p.s. I really recommend her Savory Artichoke Heart Caramelized Onion Italian Cheese Quiche!Dec 30, 2014

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Willing to work with each budget; but I do use quality ingredients; so the standards per person pricing usually works well....
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I love to work with each new client! I have SO much experience that I love to answer questions! Bring 'em on! I carefully go over everything and take great care during the whole process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Years (decades) of server & catering experience in Los Angeles. Too many to list but included several eateries in Beverly Hills and LA's iconic and long established haute French restaurant L'Orangerie (along with chef Ludo Lefebvre.) After years working as a server graduated into catering and worked extensively both as a server, captain & then onto chef assistant. I am a lifelong caterer cook/chef with decades of experience; so much so that Im writing a book! [I am writing three books]; two fiction, one non-fiction. The non-fiction is a cooking/entertaining bookplus + a tell all of my time catering in Beverly Hills! Its got hundreds of great tips; recipes and How Tos; a lot of Top Ten lists and topics such as: How to have the BeSt Guest Bathroom! I also have an array of wine reviews and book reviews, which are very thorough, engaging and sometimes clever.
