FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically review the needs of the project, then give you a firm, no-obligation estimate at that time. No two jobs are identical; however, on a very, very general basis, logo design is $300 and up, web site design is $999 and up and print/collateral pieces (brochures, sales sheets, etc) are $300 and up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hello! Thank you for your consideration of MisenheimerCreative.com. We like to listen carefully to the needs of our Clients to determine the scope of the need, and to insure that we are a good fit for that need (for example, if you need only commercial printing done, and no need for design, we would recommend a few good printers). Getting a good idea of what type of design you have in mind (logo, web site or print piece) will allow us to confidently give you a fair and accurate estimated price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4-year bachelor's art degree and have been a paid, professional, full-time designer/art director/creative director since 1989. I have worked as a designer for a healthcare consulting firm, then a national shoe retailer, was an art director at an ad agency and a creative director at a design studio, before forming my own company in 2002.
