- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the scope of each project. I provide free estimates before any work begins so there are no surprises. Larger projects or ongoing maintenance plans may qualify for discounted rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a conversation to understand your project needs and expectations. I then schedule a visit to assess the work in person and provide a clear, written estimate. Once we agree on the details, I set a start date and make sure you’re informed every step of the way. I take pride in keeping the job site clean, completing work on time, and ensuring you’re completely satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent over 35 years in the construction industry, gaining hands-on experience in all phases of residential and commercial building. Over the years, I’ve completed various safety and trade certifications, including training in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. My knowledge comes from both formal instruction and decades of practical, on-the-job experience.
