We are still working with the firm to get our case completed, but so far, so good. I love, love, love the communication. If we send an email we can expect a call or email back promptly. They've been great with getting documentation over to us and giving us a thorough explanation on the process and what to expect. They've made this experience headache free for my husband and I and we really appreciate that. I would definitely recommend Marcy Millard and her team to my friends and family.

    Q & A

    • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First, someone looking for an attorney needs to find someone they trust. This person will be fighting for not only that person's rights, but also their most cherish possessions, their children. It is most important you trust that person can perform to the level you wish. Secondly, you want to select someone who keeps you informed of the process and the status of your case. Otherwise, it is very easy for your case to not make any progress and your issues remain unresolved. Next, you want to make sure you find an attorney who specializes in family law. Family law has become more complex and is ever changing. It is important you select an attorney that knows all aspects of this area of law. Finally, you want to hire someone who practices in the county in which you live. It is important that your attorney know how the Judge assigned to your case typically rules and that the Judge be familiar with and/or trust your attorney.
